Robert Moritz lives on the place His Grandpa started in 1903. Farming and raising cattle. He also draws and paints, starting in watercolor but now mostly in acrylic. Having lived in this area all my life, I am interested in the local history. Especially the years , before settlement, and during that time. I like to paint landscapes of the area and local historical things from the 1800’s. I also like to paint horses and their uses in this period. I have been a member of the Western Heritage Artists for 35 years. I am a signature member of the Montana Watercolor Society. I have shown all around the area and won awards at the WHA show, Montana State Fair and other shows around the country.
